Custom branded electrolyte stick packs

The most popular format for branded electrolytes. Lightweight, portable, and subscription-friendly stick packs with your branding, your formula, and your label.

Stick packs are the gold standard for branded electrolyte products. They are lightweight enough for DTC shipping, compact enough for subscription boxes, and premium enough for retail shelf display. Whether you are a first-time brand or an established CPG company adding electrolytes to your portfolio, stick packs offer the best combination of shelf presence, shipping economics, and consumer convenience. We manufacture custom-branded stick packs from 20,000 units, handling everything from formulation to print-ready packaging design.

What a stick pack costs you in shipping

The reason stick packs dominate this category is dimensional weight. A stick pack is flat, so a box of 30 stays inside a low parcel band. A tub holding the same 30 servings is rigid and tall, which pushes the same order into a larger box and a higher shipping tier.

On a single order the difference looks trivial. Across a few thousand shipments it is often the difference between a subscription offer that works and one that quietly loses money on every renewal. If you are selling direct to consumers, run the parcel maths before you choose a format rather than after the first month of orders.

Why the minimum is 20,000

Stick packs and sachets start at 20,000 units, while jars, tubs, and stand-up pouches start at 1,000. That gap is not a pricing decision, it is how the filling equipment is configured. A stick pack line is set up, run, and cleaned down as one operation, and the setup cost is the same whether it fills 2,000 packs or 40,000.

The practical consequence is that stick packs are the second format most brands order rather than the first. Launch on pouches at 1,000 units, find out whether the product sells and which flavours people come back for, then move to stick packs once the volume justifies the run. Brands that already have an audience often skip straight to stick packs, and that is a reasonable bet when the demand is known.

Box counts and how people actually buy

Boxes of 10, 15, or 30 each do a different job. Ten is a trial size and a good sampler for retail or an event. Fifteen is a fortnightly cadence. Thirty reads as a month, which is why it is the standard subscription unit in this category and the count most brands build their pricing around.

Individual stick packs matter more than they look. They are what goes into conference bags, hotel rooms, gym counters, and sampler bundles, and they are how most people first try a product they later subscribe to.

What we need from you to quote it

Four things: the formulation or the audience it is for, how many flavours you want at launch, the box counts you plan to sell, and your target volume. With those we can price the run and tell you what the artwork stage involves.

If you do not have artwork, our design team produces print-ready files including the supplement facts panel, ingredient and allergen declarations, and the required disclaimers. First runs take six to ten weeks. Reorders on approved artwork take two to three.

What clients say

Evo handled everything: formulation, compliance, packaging design. We went from idea to product in under 10 weeks.

We run 14 boutique boxing studios and wanted a house-brand electrolyte to sell at the front desk and online.
