2. Services

Evo Hydration provides white-label, private-label, and custom formulation manufacturing services for electrolyte and functional supplement products. All orders are subject to a separate manufacturing agreement.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) which vary by service type. Current MOQs are published on our website but may change without notice. Final MOQs will be confirmed in your manufacturing agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Evo Hydration and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For custom formulation clients, IP ownership terms are defined in the manufacturing agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and are standard for custom formulation projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Evo Hydration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and provincial/state laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
