All questionsMost projects take 6–12 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. White-label and private-label orders typically take 6–10 weeks. Custom formulations may take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity.
We include 2–3 rounds of sampling so you can taste, test, and refine the product before committing to production. Sample costs are credited toward your first production run.
Just your brand vision and goals. We handle formulation, sourcing, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. If you have existing branding or packaging designs, we can work with those too.
We welcome facility tours for prospective and existing clients. Contact us to arrange a visit and see our production process firsthand.
That's exactly what the sampling phase is for. We include 2–3 rounds of revisions so we can adjust the flavour, texture, solubility, or dosage until you're completely satisfied. Production only begins once you give final approval.
For custom formulation clients, you own the formula outright. It's your intellectual property and we won't produce it for anyone else. For white-label and private-label orders using our base formulations, those formulas remain our property but your branding and packaging are exclusively yours.
