Electrolyte and hydration supplement manufacturing

GMP-certified, FDA-registered production in Canada and the United States. Formulation, compliance, packaging, and production run by one team.

Evo Hydration manufactures electrolyte and hydration powders for other brands. You bring the brand, the audience, and the market you want to win. We handle formulation, regulatory work, packaging, and production.

Most of the brands we work with are already selling something successfully and want hydration added to the line without building a plant, hiring a formulator, or learning supplement law. Production runs from 1,000 units for a first pouch order up to 100,000 and beyond once a product proves itself.

How the partner network works

We work as an extension of our partner manufacturers. Every facility in the network is GMP-certified and FDA-registered, and we place each project with the plant built for it.

That placement comes down to your product type, your volume, the certifications you need, and your timeline. A 1,000-unit pouch run for a DTC launch and a 100,000-unit stick pack order for retail distribution are different jobs that belong on different lines. Working across several facilities is what lets us match your category and budget instead of forcing every run onto one line.

What stays constant is who you deal with. We hold the manufacturer relationships and run production end to end: scheduling, quality checkpoints, certificates of analysis, and logistics. You get one point of contact, one quote, and one invoice.

What happens to your formula before it runs

Every formulation goes through third-party testing for purity, potency, and label accuracy before a production run is released. That covers heavy metals, microbial contamination, and whether the panel on the box matches what is in the powder.

Electrolyte powders fail in specific, predictable ways. They clump when moisture control slips. They separate when particle sizes are not matched. They lose potency when a mineral form was chosen for cost rather than stability. Our R&D team runs accelerated and real-time shelf-life testing so those problems surface on a bench, not in a customer's kitchen.

You see two to three rounds of bench-top samples, about three to four weeks in, before anything is scheduled for production. Taste, mixability, and appearance all get signed off by you first.

Regulatory work is part of the build

A compliant label is not a step you bolt on at the end. Ingredient choices, dosages, and claims all have regulatory consequences, and catching them after a formula is locked is expensive.

The FDA caps supplemental potassium at 99 mg per serving. Health Canada requires an NPN for Natural Health Products and has its own view of permitted claims. A product built for both markets can share one bilingual label and one SKU, but only if it was designed that way from the start.

Our regulatory team builds the supplement facts panel from your finished formula, reviews every claim for substantiation, and prepares the documentation your buyers and importers ask for.

Working across several facilities is what lets us match your category, certifications, and budget rather than forcing every run onto one line. You deal with one team throughout.

We confirm the certifying body before production starts.

1,000 units for jars, tubs, and stand-up pouches. Stick packs and sachets start at 20,000 because of how the filling equipment is set up. Most first-time brands start with pouches to keep the initial commitment low, then move to stick packs once demand is proven.

Six to ten weeks from approved artwork to delivered product for white-label and private-label runs, with sampling taking three to four weeks before that. Custom formulation takes eight to twelve weeks in total because the formula is developed first. Reorders on approved artwork ship in four to six weeks.

Yes. We arrange facility tours for prospective and existing clients. Tell us where you are and what you want to see, and we will set it up with the relevant partner.

With custom formulation, yes. The formula is yours and you hold the intellectual property. We manufacture it for you. With white-label you are using a formulation from our existing library, and with private-label you are modifying one, so those stay ours while your branding, artwork, and flavour direction remain yours.

Yes, and it is worth planning for at the formulation stage. Our team works across both countries with direct manufacturer, ingredient supplier, and regulatory relationships in each. A product designed for both markets can run as one bilingual SKU rather than two separate production runs.

Certificates of analysis for the finished product covering purity, potency, and label accuracy. For export we also prepare a certificate of free sale, certificate of origin, ingredient and allergen declarations, and product specification sheets. Retail buyers and importers generally ask for some combination of these.
